You can query any previous transaction you performed as long as you got the correct transaction reference number.
Note that if you supply an unknown transaction reference number, or if the transaction was not performed by you, you will receive an error message.
1. Select "Manage Account" and "Transaction Query" from your menu.
2. Enter the transaction reference number.
3. Enter your PIN to authenticate the transaction.
4. You will receive the transaction detail if it is a valid transaction reference.
